Greetings,
You are invited to participate in a survey on Virtual work/Telecommuting and Employee Engagement. Approximately 200-250 people will be asked to complete the survey that asks questions about the extent to which individuals work away from a traditional work environment using technology and telecommunications to stay connected with organizational members.
The survey includes items on variables such as feedback environment and use of social networking/media tools such as email, web conferencing, intranet, etc. It will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete the survey. Participation in this survey is voluntary. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. I would greatly appreciate your input.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data will be used for research purposes only.
